Deidre Huysamen graduated with a BSc in Dietetics with Honours from the University of Pretoria in 2016. After completing her internship and community service at top medical facilities like Baragwanath Hospital, she pursued diverse roles that span beyond traditional dietetics.

Deidre has worked as a Senior Registered In-House Dietitian at DNAFit, specialising in nutrigenetics and then transitioned into project management at AGBL Holdings, where she led the lifecycle of genetic and medical products across South Africa, Dubai, and Singapore.

Currently, as Head of Clinical Operations at Zoie Health Technologies, Deidre oversees clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and sales growth, while optimising eCommerce and customer experiences. Her work reflects a strong commitment to innovation in healthcare and business development.
